BOWL-A-TH0N UPDATE

The annual Bowl-A-Thon was in full swing as we went to press with this Update. We will print a full report upon our return from the spring break. “Thanx!” in advance for the wonderful support we have witnessed thus far.

OUR GOAL: NO VOLUNTEER HOURS INVOICES FOR 3 RD QTR !

We have seen a significant improvement in the reduction of unserved volunteer hours and therefore fewer invoices sent last quarter. Please note on the date changes chart that we did not change the date for reporting your volunteer hours. However, we will accept the reported hours through Tuesday, April 1 st.

NEED TO DROP OFF FUND$ DURING THE BREAK? (Registration $, Bowl-A-Thon $, etc. )

The Colonial Baptist CHURCH office will be opened Monday through Friday next week. Simply drive around the building beyond the school’s entrance to the church entrance, just opposite the school playground. Inside the church office vestibule is brass mail slot built into the wall, eye-level, and next to the inner office door. Just drop your envelop into the slot and it will be collected by CCA.

This year’s academic planning was based substantially on last year’s school calendar and did not recognize the significant differences of the arrival dates of Easter and Spring Break. Therefore, the following changes need to be made.
