ENROLLMENT INTENTIONS FOR 2008-2009

Parents, next week you will receive the letter requesting your stated intentions for your child’s continued enrollment here at CCA. While we believe and hope you agree as well that CCA works diligently to meet and exceed the spiritual, educational, emotional, and developmental needs of every child we service, we recognize as well the import of every family’s decision and decision-making process. We will have as well the tuition and registration rates for SY 2008-2009 for you consideration. The proposed rates are in the hands of the school’s accountant and will be available by next Wednesday’s Open House so you may hear of them the day before next week’s Parent Update is published. Please don’t feel “left out of the loop” for this unavoidable sequence. You will know what we know as soon as we can possibly pass it along in an acceptable format. We will also include the timeline for your responses and the registration due dates.

WINTER OPEN HOUSE

Our “winter” Open House is set for next Wednesday, January 16^th from 9-11 am. Our classrooms will be open for the inspection of prospective CCA parents and friends. Would you like to promote the Open House and earn the EASIEST EVER VOLUNTEER HOURS without lifting the proverbial finger?? Here’s how: Just (1) request a few of our special Open House flyers (see the SAMPLE COPY, on the back of this page), (2) write your name on the flyer in the “Referred By______” space provided and, (3) give them to friends & relatives with PreK-4 to 5^th grade-aged children.  Once it is turned in to the office, you will be credited one (1) volunteer hour per each referral!  So call Ms. V and let her know how many flyers you want us to send home to you!
