Colonial Christian Academy is deeply committed to a financially conservative philosophy in the use of all revenues, while at the same time maintaining the highest possible standards in every facet of our academic programming. The sacrificial commitment of our Board of Directors and school staff, the careful planning and supervision of budgets and spending, and the blessings of our faithful God will enable us to maintain this delicate balance.

Tuition and other fees provide approximately 80 percent of our annual operating budget. In order to evolve from a tuition-driven educational institution to one that is mission-driven, Colonial Christian Academy has recently implemented a comprehensive resource development strategy. It is designed to ensure a high-quality, Christ-centered academic program while controlling increases in tuition rates.

Colonial Christian Academy is grateful for the many people and institutions that support our school through the giving of their prayers, time, talents and financial resources (both financial and in-kind). Without this level of assistance, our academy would not be able to provide the elevated level of educational excellence for our students.

If you are interested in receiving more information on how you could become a co-laborer with us in this worthwhile endeavor (e.g. volunteering, financial contributions, in-kind giving, prayer requests), please contact Lisa St. Julien and she will happy to assist you.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

COLONIAL CHRISTIAN ACADEMY INCLEMENT WEATHER CLOSING POLICY
In the case of inclement weather, CCA follows the BALTIMORE COUNTY Public Schools procedures. Please consult the local radio, television, and internet notices for the county school closings. If BCPS is closed for weather, CCA is closed. A delayed opening will cause CCA to open late as well--including Extended Care. A 2-hour delay, for example, means that Extended Care will not be available until 9:00 am, with the instructional day beginning at 10:30 am. If BCPS announces an early closing, CCA will adjust its schedule the same number of hours--with NO Extended Aftercare. Due to the volume of calls that would be necessary, CCA cannot call individual parents for closings. Again, please watch and listen to the local media outlets for the BALTIMORE COUNTY Public Schools procedure for the affected day(s). Thank you.
